Our Founder

Fadi Yassin

The founder and CEO, Fadi Yassin, was born in Lebanon. At a young age, he moved to Germany, where he completed his education and obtained a university degree. During this time, he also gained valuable experience working in field sales.
In 2000, he moved to Almere in the Netherlands. Together with his siblings, he opened the first Lebanese bakery in the entire Netherlands.
This pioneering step laid the foundation for what Arabic Bread is today.
Development from bakery to industrial production

From Artisan Bakery to Modern Production

From the original bakery, the company evolved into a specialized producer of Lebanese flatbread. Today, we combine traditional recipes with fully automated production while maintaining authentic taste and consistent quality.
Despite our growth, we remain a family-driven business built on passion, reliability and long-term partnerships.

For over 25 years, Arabic Bread has stood for quality, entrepreneurship and authentic baking tradition. The company was founded in 2000 in Almere with a clear vision: to produce authentic Lebanese flatbread of consistent premium quality and make it accessible to a wider market.
What started as a family initiative has grown into a modern production company.
